  回复时没有很清楚地分析出买家的目的。买家说have a development program,后面又提到quote necessary machineries,那么此次询盘的目的很可能是做预算评估,而不是具体采购,除了产品介绍和报价外,你的重点应该是去了解和帮买家完成扩展这个新生产线的细节,例如时间,数量,其它配套设施等,为后期的跟进做准备。这个客户是将来的客户,现在你去确认细节是没用的,客户的重点工作不在此,你要做的是尽可能多的了解客户的计划,帮客户理清现在的准备工作和成本预算,然后再重视后期具体的产品跟进。
