不回询盘后的十二步跟进模版

我想很多外贸人都有着同样的烦恼,开发询盘发出后,客户没有任何回应,怎么办?直接放弃?被动地等待客户的回复?还是主动跟进,并设置一份有效的跟进询盘表?

如果您想开发更多的客户,当然是要选择后者,只有不断地主动跟进,才能把握更多的成交机会。今天今天不说别的,跟大家分享客户不回询盘后的十二步跟进模版。是不是很赞呀~~~


一、询问客户对报价的看法
Dear xxx,

二、追问客户的评价,求回复

How are you recently?

三、本着小强精神,保证客户收到了报价,重发报价

如果关于客户的这次询价问了这么多还没有回复的话,我们最后一次问一下,然后进行询盘的转化吧。

 


五、最后一次寻求客户对所询价产品的意见,附上产品目录表

六、待客户在目录表中发现适合他们市场的产品
